convenient location relaxing promenade food options tasty choices
i find the hotel's location very convenient. it is so near to the seafront. walking along the promenade each morning was very relaxing. i also appreciated the variety of food options available. each restaurant offered unique and tasty choices.
i find the lifts were a bit slow. sometimes i needed to wait a little longer than expected.

the hotel is located right on the seafront. it is also close to attractions. there is secured back gate and it leads onto the seafront promenade. the location couldn't be better.

Really good Amenities and Location
prompt service efficient service easy access entertainment options
I found the hotel to be well-kept. Sunbeds were readily available near the pools. The staff provided prompt service in the dining area, always seating us quickly and efficiently. The location provided easy access to the beach, shops, and nearby entertainment options.
I noticed that the juice offered at breakfast did not taste fresh. It seemed like a cordial with added sugar, a minor letdown.

Acceptable Stay, Several Issues
unclean room poor service
The location was acceptable. It was near shops and the beach.
The room was not properly cleaned on arrival. There was hair on the shower floor and marks on the pillow case. The customer service from the management team was quite disappointing, with poor communication. There was much messing about, and a promised pool view never materialized. The beds were very small and uncomfortable.

fantastic stay!
excellent staff fresh eggs different roast super clean room
the staff provided excellent customer care. a housekeeper kept my room super clean. breakfast omelets and fresh eggs were cooked in front of me. dinners featured stir-fries and a different roast each night.
the cocktail list was shorter than at other similar locations i visited.

the rooms include good amenities and excellent wi-fi. i found the room spacious and comfortable. visible security is present and there is regular quality entertainment.

every staff member was professional, courteous, and helpful. staff members at reception and the bar were friendly. the lifeguards kept a close eye on the pools. (i appreciated this attention to safety.)
